We communicate every day (with partners, family, friends, neighbours) but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. Whether it’s setting boundaries, handling conflict, or simply feeling heard, good communication takes awareness, intention, and practice. This coaching is designed to help you express yourself more clearly and calmly in your personal relationships, without losing your voice or creating unnecessary tension. What Does It Involve? This is a supportive space where we explore how you communicate and where things might be getting stuck. Together, we work on practical tools and approaches to help you feel more grounded, honest, and confident when you speak whether you’re having a sensitive conversation or just trying to avoid misunderstandings. Examples of areas we might cover: • Expressing your needs without guilt or confusion • Setting boundaries calmly and clearly • Communicating with more empathy and presence • Handling emotional conversations without shutting down or escalating • Understanding your communication style and how it affects others • Breaking patterns like passive-aggression, people-pleasing, or over-explaining • Reconnecting with your own voice and values How It Works Sessions are tailored to your needs and the specific situations you’re navigating. You bring the real conversations you’re having (or avoiding) and we look at them together. You’ll come away with tools you can use in daily life to speak with more clarity, confidence, and compassion. Is It for Me?
