Terms and Conditions

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

 

Services Covered by This Policy

​

This policy applies to:

 

  • One-to-one coaching sessions

  • Coaching packages

  • Online courses and digital content

  • Workshops, programmes, and training sessions

​

Different rules may apply depending on the type of service purchased, as outlined below.

​

Timeframe for Requesting a Refund

 

Refund requests must be made in writing by email to persefonecoaching@gmail.com within the timeframes stated for each service type.

 

Requests made outside these timeframes will not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

​

One-to-One Coaching Sessions

​

Cancellations by the Client
​
  • Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

​

Missed Sessions

 

  • If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide notice, the session is considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

​

After a Session Has Taken Place

​

  • Once a coaching session has taken place, it is non-refundable, regardless of outcome or perceived value.

​

Coaching Packages

 

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

  • If a package is cancelled before any sessions have occurred, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or processing fees.

  • Unused sessions within a package are not refundable once the package has started.

 
Online Courses and Digital Content

​

Due to the nature of digital products:

 

  • Online courses and digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated on the sales page.

  • If access has not yet been granted and you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, a refund may be issued.

​

If a course includes downloadable materials, access to any content may void refund eligibility.

​

Workshops, Programmes, and Group Sessions

​

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on costs already incurred.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may be offered a transfer to a future session, where available, at our discretion.

When Refunds Will Not Be Issued

​

Refunds will not be provided where:

 

  • services have already been delivered

  • sessions were missed or cancelled late

  • dissatisfaction is based on subjective expectations rather than service delivery

  • lack of results is due to non-participation or failure to engage with the process

  • digital content has been accessed or downloaded

​

Coaching is a collaborative process, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

​

Partial Refunds

​

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in limited circumstances, for example:

 

  • where part of a service has not been delivered

  • where a programme is cancelled by us before completion

​

Any partial refund will reflect the value of services already provided.

​

Cancellations by Persefone Coaching

​

If we need to cancel or postpone a session or service:

 

  • you will be offered a rescheduled date or

  • a full refund for the affected service, if rescheduling is not possible

​

We are not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation, or lost time.

​

How to Request a Refund

​

To request a refund, please email persefonecoaching@gmail.com with:

 

  • your full name

  • the service purchased

  • the date of purchase

  • the reason for the refund request

​

We aim to respond within 5 working days.

 

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several working days to appear, depending on your provider.

​

Legal Rights

​

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
