How To Begin An Effective Email
How do you feel when you get an email with a lenghty preamble that asks you how you are or some other statement to that effect. Perhaps it explains too much backstory, or uses too many softeners, fillers and modals that the message gets diluted or unclear?
Does the start affect your response time or how much attention you pay to it?
