- Leadership & Professional Coaching
This covers workplace communication, difficult conversations, career direction, and authentic leadership for those moving into or developing a management role. I also work with non-native English speakers in professional environments. Each session is practical and focused. You bring a specific situation or question, and we use the time to look at it clearly, challenge your thinking, and map out concrete next steps.
- Workshops
A coaching workshop is designed for groups and focuses on learning a specific skill, action, or technique. Unlike a one to one coaching session, the focus here is on teaching and practising something concrete. Participants learn a practical concept, see how it works, and then apply it through exercises, discussion, and real examples. Workshops often focus on topics such as communication skills, giving and receiving feedback, handling difficult conversations, assertiveness, or understanding how language and behaviour influence interactions. The aim is not just to explain a concept, but to help people practise it and see how it applies to real situations they face at work or in daily life. Workshops can be useful for teams, organisations, or groups of people who want to develop a particular skill together in a structured and practical way. You do not pay at the checkout. payment is taken when the number of participants is confirmed. Discount available for groups over 10.
- Life Coaching
We focus on what is happening, how you are thinking about it, and what options you have. The conversation is practical and structured. The aim is not to give advice or tell you what to do, but to help you think clearly, challenge assumptions, and decide your next steps with confidence. Some clients bring a specific problem. Others want to understand their behaviour, reactions, or patterns more clearly. Each session focuses on your situation and your objective for that conversation. By the end, most clients leave with clearer thinking, a different perspective, and concrete actions they want to try. Book a session if you want to think things through, handle situations more effectively, and move forward with clearer thinking.
- Free Introductory Session
A free introductory session is a short conversation to see whether coaching would be useful for you. You can explain what is going on in your situation and what you would like to work on. I will ask some questions to understand the context and what you hope to achieve. This also gives you a chance to see how I work and decide whether the approach suits you. We may briefly explore the topic you bring, but the aim of this meeting is not a full coaching session. The goal is to clarify what you need, answer any questions about the process, and decide whether working together makes sense. If you decide to continue, we can then book a full coaching session and agree on the focus. If not, there is no obligation. The conversation simply helps both of us understand whether coaching is the right step. If you don't want to call you can simply fill in and submit the Discovery Form. You can find it in the main menu under Services and FAQ
- One-to-One Workshop
A structured, skills-based session focused on a specific topic of your choice. Unlike a coaching session, which explores your situation and helps you think through it, a workshop is more like private training. We take one skill or theme, such as assertive communication, emotional intelligence, or situational leadership, and work through it in a practical, focused way using slides and exercises. You decide the topic. I design the session around it. Some topics can be covered in a single session. Others work better as a short series, building on each other progressively. We can discuss what makes sense for your topic on the intro call.
- Public Speaking Consultancy
You might be preparing for a high-stakes speech, a media appearance, or an important presentation. You might feel your message is not getting across the way you intend, or that your presence in front of an audience does not reflect who you actually are. Perhaps you are stepping into a more public role and want to feel ready. This is private, confidential guidance on whatever you need: presence, delivery, speech preparation, how you come across, or anything else that is getting in the way of communicating the way you want to.
